Eugene Power was born in 1959 in London, where he was raised and currently resides. His work is eclectic and seeks expression in a diverse range of mediums and styles. Arising from his work as an art educator and art projects in Africa, he aims to bring art back into the community, by encouraging communal participation in the creative act, as a basis for learning across multiple pathways.
